Pets of any kind, other than certified service or assistance dogs, are not allowed on the boardwalk or beach or in the ocean and bay waters in Seaside Heights at any time except for dogs on Dog Royalty Days. We regret these restrictions, but there were too many incidents of pet owners not cleaning up after their pets and discomfort for guests.

Fat tire beach wheelchairs are available, on a “first come” basis, at the beach badge sales booths between Fremont and Hancock Aves. north of Casino Pier and between Hamilton and Franklin Aves. south of Casino Pier during regular beach operation hours.
