National Crime Victims’ Rights Walk

The Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office Victim Witness Advocacy Unit is sponsoring a free Walk/Run entitled, “Moving Forward Together.” The Walk/Run will be held on the iconic Seaside Heights Boardwalk. Check-in begins at 9:30 a.m. at Herring Ave. and the Boardwalk. We invite crime victims, survivors and friends and family to come and help raise awareness for crime victims’ rights in Ocean County. The event is free and all are invited to attend.

Bike MS: Coast to Coast

Get ready for the ride of a lifetime. Bike MS: Coast the Coast starts and finishes at the Deal Casino Beach Club, just within reach of the Atlantic Ocean. You’ll ride some of the flattest roads that Bike MS has to offer, while cycling along the Asbury Park Boardwalk and passing by historic sites like Stone Pony and Asbury Park Casino. This ride will have you cycling by Bradley Beach and Spring Lake, along with routes that stretch into Island Beach State Park. This year is going to be an incredible adventure, and we can’t wait to pedal towards a cure for MS with you.

This annual two-mile walk on the Seaside Heights boardwalk is an awareness and fundraising effort to benefit HOPE Sheds Light. The walk highlights resources for family members and friends impacted by substance use disorder, inspirational speakers, a Tree of HOPE, onsite vendors, a raffle and more!

Walk & Roll to Cure FSHD

Register to “walk or roll” today! Invite your family, friends, club members, neighbors, co-workers, classmates or congregation to join you. Everyone who registers will be given a free participant page and access to a state-of-the-art fundraising center. From there, you can share your story on social media and via email, and invite others to join you in getting us closer to a cure!

The Walk & Roll to Cure FSHD is the FSHD Society’s largest, annual fundraiser. It is also the ONLY signature event in North America dedicated to raising funds for FSHD research, cures, and community support.
