Fishermen and crabbers have a number of alternatives in Seaside Heights. There is fishing from the north and south docks and boats to rent for bay fishing. What you can catch varies by season. Dock Outfitters at the south bayfront has a complete tackle store.
Surf fishing is allowed from the beach when the beach is not open for swimming.
At the north and south bay fronts, there are docks from which to crab as well as boats available to rent for crabbing.
